Are VAT and postage included in the price?

All prices listed in our store include VAT. For greater transparency, the postage is calculated separately at the end of your order, as they depend on the delivery address.

What is the amount of the postage?

If your order has a value less than 100 €, the calculation of postage will be made in your shopping cart at the checkout. Your shipping will be free in the following cases:

Spain (peninsula) on orders over € 100.

A good way to minimize the cost of transportation is making a big purchase or even shared among several family members or friends.

What is the delivery time?

Once the order is confirmed, the delivery time is normally 5 business days to destinations in Spain (peninsula).

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Zaguan24 handles shipments to: SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), GERMANY, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, DENMARK, FRANCE, HOLLAND, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, POLAND UNITED KINGDOM CZECH REPUBLIC SWITZERLAND.

BULGARIA, SLOVENIA, ESTONIA, FINLAND, GREECE, HUNGARY, IRELAND, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, NORWAY, SLOVAK REPUBLIC, ROMANIA AND SWEDEN.

For other destinations, please send an email to info@zaguan24.es with a backorder clearly indicating the complete shipping address and your personal data. Immediately we will contact you to inform you of the viability of your order and the shipping charges. We will not process your order until we receive your written confirmation.

Why have I not received the e-mail order confirmation?

Once the order is confirmed, you should receive an email confirmation. If not, please check your junk folder mail or SPAM. If it were not there, please notify us through info@zaguan24.es to resend confirmation.

How are products shipped?

To ensure maximum satisfaction and uneventful delivery, we work with MRW, a logistics company specializing in e-commerce. It is its competence the preparation and shipment of your order.

All shipments are adequately protected to ensure that the product arrives in perfect condition.

What is the availability of products?

In theory, all products in our store are available. Some products due to its handmade nature or season may have limited production. It will be indicated in the product sheet.

In the event that we do not have existences of a product, we would contact you immediately to propose a similar product or refund the money.

Can I specify a delivery time?

The delivery of your package is the responsibility of the contracted courier company, so we are unable to set a specific time of delivery. Therefore we recommend that you provide an address where you will be contactable.

What is the package delivery time?

The delivery schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 19pm.

What if I'm not when I bring the package?

If the carrier attempts to deliver the package and there was no one to receive it, they would leave a note stating the delivery attempt. Please contact the courier agency as soon as possible via the phone number you find in the note, in order to agree a new delivery. For any problem remember that we are available in info@zaguan24.es.

What happens if a product is delivered damaged?

You can return the product in its original packaging. Zaguan24 will assume extra transport costs which may be incurred, proceeding to the shipment of the product at no cost to you. This requires that you always check the status of your order at the same time of receipt and enter in the delivery note your claim before signing. Tell us by email any anomaly in info@zaguan24.es and no later than 24 hours after its delivery (Article 952.2 of the Code of Commerce).

Zaguan24 not assume any responsibility if the products have deteriorated for not being the recipient localizable at the delivery address..

What if the package content is wrong?

If one or more products received do not correspond with your order, we will send the right products or refund the corresponding amount via the same payment method used, being essential the returning on your side of the wrong product.

Zaguan24 assume all the extra transport costs which may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or tampered with. To do this, contact us by email at info@zaguan24.es within a period of 7 working days from receipt of order, clearly indicating the order number and nature of the incident. We will not accept returns or exchanges that have not been previously reported.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

If for any reason other than those above are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order without obligation, provided it is made within 7 days after the purchase, as provided by law. The product should be in perfect condition and in original packaging. In this case, you must pay the cost reimbursement. Once you have inspected the order, we will inform you by email the acceptance of the return. Zaguan 24 will refund the amount of the order, excluding shipping charges by the same method of payment used. Returns of food products that have been opened will not be accepted.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as you notify it before the completion of the process of shipping may cancel your order and proceed to reimburse the full amount for the same payment method.
